I bought a Canon Pixma printer and after a few goes it packed it in. I returned it to Officeworks and found the process of exchange easy. I also found that the staff were friendly and helpful. Not sure how else they could improve!

Regular customer here in this convenient location. Car park is rather small and colocated with an Autobarn. It can be difficult sometimes to get a car park. Staff are great and I've always found them helpful in locating items I'm after. I Regularly pick up items I've ordered in the online store at this location. Not the biggest Officeworks by a long shot and awkwardly, the furniture section and print shop are located downstairs, so it can be fiddly to check how accessories etc fit with furniture items you might be after.
Staff upstairs are lovely but I can rarely find them on the floor to ask general questions and often need to approach them. Try to avoid the printing staff downstairs. I have never had a positive experience with them. They're quite stand-offish and look like they don't want to be there so they're not very helpful.
Most helpful crew I've ever met. A document wouldn't download (to print) on my phone so they let me borrow one of their display computers to download it. Then let me take a usb off the shelf to use straight away, letting me pay at the end. Legends.
Superb friendly, helpful, considerate and fast service from print shop. Opens at 7am.
Staff didn't seem to want to assist me, as a potential customer, standing in the electronics section. No greeting was received, and I almost had to chase them to ask if I could buy an item! Went to Harvey Norman instead, got served very promptly, and ended up buying a tablet and a smart watch from Harvey Nunnawading instead!
there have 6 photo printer machines all have issues and waiting one hour and still no fix issues.and get money refund.
last week i unfortunately bought a new phone from officeworks i took it back as it had problems i met michael the store manager after a long wait he offered little help and was quite rude although he did refer me to a fwmale staff member who was both helpful and courteous two days ago i again went back with more problems again after a very long wait i met michael again he again was rude and unhelpful eventually he said he would refund my money but this then required me to once again download all my information from my previous phone not an easy task for an older person he did not offer any assistance from other more knowledgeable staff members at the store as it appears his own knowledge is very limited he then stated he refused to accept the return of the phone and once again was very rude and unhelpful myself and my family members will never return to doncaster store again while michael is there i would not recomend others going to doncaster store to buy big ticket items as their support is very poor together with their refusal to accept returns something they advertise they will readily do i ask why the change in policy michael also refused to give me his full name i ask why overall a most unpleasant and upsetting experience for an older person with lmited knwledge in these areas in future i will go to reputable nearby stores like jb hi fi where prices are more competitive and all staff are friendly and helpful to all customers as a reasonably large wesfarmers shareholder i believe head office of wesfarmers in wa would be appalled at customers being treated the way michael did with us obviously it does not set a good example for other staff members under his control at the store i intend to report matter to wesfarmers head office in WA as i believe this is not the way they expect customers to be treated by any of their staff
