I went in for an eyelash extension. The lady serving me started off by squeezing a ridiculous amount of makeup remover into my eyeball. I made her stop to give me a tissue so I could get it all out. She then took a spoli that looked dirty and sanded down my eyelids, they were so sore and stinging I had to make her stop again. By that point there was no way I was trusting her to do any type of extension on me I knew it would be awful. I instead went for a eyelash tint. Now I have been professionally trained in eyelash tinting and know the process. Tell me why this women covered my whole eyelid in the tint (not just my lashes). when she wiped it off she took a wet towel and just rinsed it down the side of my face then said done. I walked out with my eye burning and feeling so raw I was crying. Never go here.

Best eyebrow place at Doncaster!! Have never gone to any other place after this. Excellent service by Nisha and the other girls every single time! Excellent customer service at all times. Would totally recommend to everyone who wants to get beautiful eyebrows!

Went in for an eyebrow shaping came back with almost none left. Doesn't hear your request and does whatever she wants. Thanks to her my wedding photos are going to be ruined.
It takes a lot for me to leave a review, let alone a negative one, but this was hands down one of the WORST experiences I’ve had whilst getting a beauty service. I had been diligently growing out my brows for MONTHS (my hair grows painfully slow) during iso to get them thicker and fuller, which is my preferred style. I was so excited to finally be able to go and get them done and shaped after months of having ragged, over-grown brows and to my HORROR the lady completely ignored my requests from the moment I walked in and left me with skinny, rounded brows! From the moment I sat in the chair she just started cutting straight into the bushiness I had waited to achieve, I said no I want to leave them thicker and she just gleaned over everything I said with ‘Oh yes dear’ and proceeded to do whatever she saw fit. She didn’t show me a mirror to check that she was shaping in the way I wanted. And even worse, when I finally came up to see the completed result in the mirror, I raised my disappointment that they were a lot thinner than I wanted and she responded with ‘oh yes, but the hair was thin and uneven so I cleaned it up’; she didn’t even deny that she’d made them thin! Now I have two thin brows, a complete feeling of deflation and the task of waiting MONTHS again for my brows to grow out. No cheapness in price is worth going to these dime a dozen shopping centre brow salons. If you are the business reading this - please make sure you train your staff to work WITH your customers and make sure they’re leaving looking and feeling fabulous because that is the only thing that keeps a business alive.
Went there are 5.30pm and there was a sign on the door saying back at 5.50. Waited around and the when the girl got back at 5:50 she said they were closing and didn’t have time to do my partners eyebrows. There were no customers and she was counting her till. Went and found another shop, got my partners eyebrows done and was finished before 6. I think you need to update your operating hours. Business must be pumping if you are rejecting jobs during operating hours for no reason.
100% would recommend! Came here with horrible experience from another lash place and needed a removal! Many other places had turned me down as they were so badly applied and clumped but the lady here got it off quickly and pain free! Have been here for my brows before too and always look good ! Thanks ladies :)
Horrible experience! Went in for lip waxing. Regardless of mentioning how badly my skin reacts to threading, the lady came up with thread for cleanup without even asking and went over and over same area. I regret having gone there, I have painful bumps all over my lips now. And the surcharge without even mentioning. A big no no!!
