It has been great dealing with Doncaster Mini Garage. All around great service and attention to detail from purchasing the vehicle to having it delivered. Matthew looked after us when purchasing our vehicle and made everything very easy and was super helpful. Applying finance loan for the vehicle is also an easy experience, thanks the Business Manager Yaxuan at BMW for helping with the application. I highly recommend going down there if your looking for a new car, can't speak highly enough of the experience.

The wife and I walked in to the showroom without any expectations and prior experience with Mini. Matthew showed us around and helped us pick out the perfect car fit for our needs. We got our Countryman in less than 2 months - record time. Many thanks to Matthew in making our Mini experience so great. Special shout-out to Ross and Yaxuan too.
I had a great experience purchasing my MINI convertible at Doncaster Mini Garage. The staff were all very professional and efficient. They had excellent customer service and were able to answer all my queries promptly. Sam was my main contact at the dealership, and he was great help from start to finish (helped with car selection, trade in of my old vehicle etc.). Yuan was involved with the finance aspects of my purchase -- she was extremely organized and explained everything thoroughly to me. Would definitely recommend others looking for a Mini/BMW to come pay these guys a visit! And I can't wait to be back to purchase my next MINI from the team.
Great team at Doncaster Mini, Ross and Matt. Provide good service and advice on options and pricing. Guess what? I ended up purchasing from the wonderful guy, Matthew Lim. Ross was very supportive and the purchase experience was very pleasant and fun too. That's what Mini is about - Fun!
Recently purchased a JCW at Doncaster MINI Garage, very happy with the new car, always enjoyed the premium customer service that they provided in the past years from both Doncaster MINI and BMW. However this time was the only exception, I came across this one particular sales Sam on the floor when I went back to pick up paper works that I left behind the day before. He has got zero communication skills and the worst manners towards me, even made comments to attack me personally, which has made this purchase the worst experience ever. I am extremely disappointed with his service, arrogant and condescending attitude/body gestures from beginning to end. No apologies so far from him, that was a week ago. Will definitely NOT recommend him to anyone. Very happy with Matthew and Ross, very professional and courteous, glad I made the purchase with Matthew.

Customer service is always exceptional
No one was in the showroom having set an appointment for test drive. Sat around for half an hour before walking over to BMW's reception to get someone. The used department manager was nice enough to show me around while trying to find a personnel from Mini. Test drive was short, didn't get to know much about the car and was quoted with higher than usual optional extras and delivery fees.
