The Dadutz

Local aussie made furniture like no other place in town or online.. This is must visit in Perth just to feel the textures & fabrics and leathers for your next couch or sofa or mattress or chair and some beautiful outdoor furniture and paintings n accessories... luxurious without the huge price

bad quality, even worse customer service! Defensive, blamed us for the defect of their poorly made products instead of taking responsibility. FYI per ACCC law, it is a consumer guarantee to provide REMEDY if the product does not meet the standard of quality, performance, etc. The sofa set that we bought from them was exactly this case, but they failed to reimburse us. Okay that's not fine but what is even worse is that they refuse to acknowledge our experience with them, saying that it is our fault for how this has happened. Didn't want to review negatively on any business, especially since we are in the midst of a pandemic, but it was too much and we lost money over this.

Was in Domayne City West again today and was served by the very friendly and knowledgeable Rob. Thanks Rob for your assistance today, sorry I couldnt find what I was looking for but will keep an eye out and will be back when something comes along. It was lovely to also see Kelsey in the store today. I dealt with Kelsey about 2.5 years ago when I required furniture for my workplace. Kelsey was wonderful to deal with and communicated constantly via phone or email throughout the process, she surpassed all my expectations of customer service (a rare gem!). I had never stepped inside a Domayne store prior to that visit and because of the wonderful service from Kelsey I have been back several times since. If you are ever visiting the store, ask for Kelsey or Rob.

Visited to purchase a mattress for our son. Fantastic service from manager Adrian. Made sure we had everything else we needed such as quilt and mattress protector, giving honest feedback about products. Definitely not just out to make money, he recommended products and gave some good advice for first bed for our son. Even helped us carry our purchases to our car. Store is neat and tidy, very well presented. Definitely be heading back. Thank you Domayne!

Nothing bad to say about the company, a staff member today when I went to walk in the store at 5:28pm to collect an item pre-ordered (to see Harvey Norman electrical goods that were waiting for my arrival) the lady who was locking their joint store who was adamant she represented Domayne not Harvey Norman told me it was pretty much 5:30pm and they’re closed and to “get out”. I’d spoken to the Harvey Norman team who were there waiting for me when I proceeded to enter who then gave me the item and I left before 5:30. An embarrassment to the Domayne shop and I left just feeling sorry for management having someone representing their company in that manner.
