Awful customer service. Store owner sold faulty products that she wouldn’t refund even though she knew the product didn’t work at relatively high prices. Disgusting behaviour rude and down right manipulative. Take your money else where keep walking to Kmart

Rude, arrogant, hostile staff/owners not to mention rip off prices. Really, who do they think they are.
Dollar 2 U is a terrible store from extremely poor customer service to really tatty products that are over priced for what they are. You would be much better off going to the Reject Shop or Kmart as comparative prices, if not better. With much better quality. The aisles are a hazard. Way too small with a lot of clutter. Definitely a trip and fire hazard. The woman is also extremely rude and aggressive which is somewhat strange in a customer service representative. Witnessed her raising her voice at customers and bring dismissive when asked for help. Do not recommend.
Great little shop to shop for souvenirs,present bags,cards other things you cant find elsewhere prices vary .
The rudest staff members I have ever come across in retail She said open ur bag and after that she touched my bag and it was un acceptable way Their phone doesn’t work and I want to do complain She’s very rude and never ever going back again
