From the initial enquiry to the installation the guys at Dockpro were knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to deal with. The dock itself is great and the difference in quality compared to our previous block based dock is very noticeable. If you are looking for a floating dock you can buy a cheaper and ultimately inferior product, I don’t believe you will find a better quality and better value option anywhere in Australia.

Dockpro staff installed a float-brick setup just prior to Christmas and demonstrated their competence in dealing with a few unexpected difficulties. The end result is very pleasing.
Absolutely stoked with Dockpro customer service from start to finish. The sales process was a pleasure and made very easy. The communication for installation date was timely and informative. The quality of the install was great and the finished product is fabulous. I Recommend Dockpro 100% and if ever needing another dock I would not even bother looking for an alternate inferior product or Company to deal with. Dockpro is the complete one stop quality shop.
Our Seapen makes our boating enjoyable knowing that regardless of the wind, we can dock easily when we get home. Not to mention the cost saving of not having to antifoul every year. Dockpro were great to deal with. Matt and Thierry were very prompt and efficient with delivery and installation.
I have had my Float Bricks for 2 years and absolutely love the ease of use. I initially had a small issue getting the boat off the bricks with just engine power. The guys at DockPro quickly came up with a solution to assist and since then I have had nothing but great success in getting the boat out on the water. These guys caused a lot of stress, huge inconvenience and cost me a lot of money. I am in WA, I have owned dockpro products for 5 years, I have had nothing but problems with the seapen from bad installation and service. Unfortunately with a bad back the seapen was the better option for using my boat. Spoke to the owner of Dockpro in December last year said I was looking at buying a new boat but only if I could get a seapen installed in time for when boat was being delivered -first week in Feb. I told her I will be having boat delivered directly to seapen as I have nowhere to put the boat and cant launch the boat on my own. That left me 6 weeks of using the boat before I was to go away for 4 months. If they could not do it I was not going to buy the boat. She understood and said they could do it and I needed to pay deposit of 9300 which I did, she said she would get it into Jan 17 shipment. 13 emails later (trying to get my current seapen fixed ) and also a phone call Jan 21 the owner asked if boat was on time, I told her it was. End of first week in Feb boat shop said boat is ready for delivery. I had to ask Dockpro owner 3 times when my new seapen was getting installed before she rang and said it had not left their factory in Qld. Then told me it will leave Qld in 11 days!!!! I asked if they could send it separate freight so I could get it sooner and they took 5 days to answer and said it would cost me 1500. I told them to cancel. I have asked them twice to refund my money and they havent , they havent even answered my emails. I will be taking legal action. Found out in the last few weeks that my current boat has been sitting wet for 3 years, their dry docking that they advertise is false, your boat is wet due to the netting not ever drying and the owner told me to look at getting a protectant coating sprayed. Thanks to these guys my brand new boat -fully paid for has been sitting at shop since end of 1st week in Feb and will be until end of August. NOT HAPPY!!
I have owned a new SeaPen SQ now for several months and have to say I am absolutely delighted by having upgraded to the newer model. My previous SeaPen was over 15 years old and in need of some maintenance but after visiting the factory and meeting with Matt Hodges and Sandra I elected to go with a new pen. As a boat owner who is often using his boat single handed the new pen configuration makes exiting and entering my berth hassle free and easy. Matt and Sandra were most professional, listened to my particular requirements and tailored the new SeaPen to suit my use. A big thank you to all the team at DockPro.

With the ability to walk around the boat it makes cleaning of the boat a breeze.
