Im not the type to leave negative reviews but this one was just too bad. I’m very sorry to say this but the milk tea series pearls were just horrible... half of the drink was pretty much pearls... every time I look a sip it was literally never-ending pearls coming up the straw, not only that but the pearls also tasted really old and clunky. The milk tea itself was obvious enough to tell that it was made from powder which really lost my appetite. To the person who runs this business... I hope you take a look at this feedback and make a change about the drinks you make. I’m not writing this to bring your business down, this is pure genuine feedback for you to step up your business for it to survive.

The bubble tea is extremely disgusting. I can't finish it. Also the pearls taste old I just wanted to try but definitely wouldn't buy in this shop again

Ordered wintermelon tea before i had to catch my next vline train in 15 mins. Asked the staff if they can make it fast, they said no problem and both worked together to make my drink. I really appreciate their customer service and friendliness. Only issue is the tea is very bitter. The pearls balance it out by being very sweet. But i dont understand why the tea is extremely bitter. I wont be able to finish this. Please change your ingredients quality.

Pretty good tea. Would be great if they had Earl Gray. We waited in line quite long and the actual making of the tea took awhile. My friend had bird poop on her while waiting which is more a problem with Southern Cross Station but it's good luck in some cultures, so take that how you will :)

It taste absolutely horrible. Over sweetened fake flavours, sh-t consistency, the pearls are bad. Do yourself a favour and never waste your money here

This bubble tea is amazing!!!!!! I got taro milk tea with bubble and the consistency and temperature was perfect. The way they wrapped it made it especially awesome. I recommend it if you're in the area
