We wanted to like this place. We hoped the food would be good. We hoped the staff would be friendly. The place just gave off a school cafeteria vibe more than a restaurant. Sure the menu is expansive, decently priced, and portions were good. But the ramen tasted bland, the fried entrees were too salty, and the drinks were haphazardly put together. There is a lot of room for improvement. It certainly doesn't help when you walk in the door and the first things you see are people sleeping in the benches in front of the counter, and their delivery for the day strewn about the tables.

After a long day, found this place. Firstly an iced tea made me calm and soothing. Coming to entree’s we ordered prawns and chicken skewers server with side salad. For mains we ordered chicken fried rice and signature ramen bowl with pork belly. Both are absolutely tasty. The quantities of the food is really good. Though the restaurant is busy, there is not much waiting for food. We ordered and within no time our food arrived. Staff are friendly and provided good service despite being busy.
Quick and friendly service, and really nice food. We went during a time where there was not many people eating there, so it was for the most part empty. There was also hand sanitisers at the door. You order by writing in the relative number of the dish, and the quantity in this little booklet they give you. You then hand it in and pay for it. The service was quite fast granted we were one of the few customers during the time. We'll definitely be going again some time soon.
Only one choice for vegetarian ramen, but I saw on their menu that they had other vegetarian dishes such as fried rice and sizzling tofu. Overall a great serving size and friendly service.
We hit the jackpot in find one of the best restaurant in Docklands. Affordable, big serving, fast friendly service & tasty. We definitely ordered way too much. Highly recommended
We eat here mostly when we go to Docklands, which is often as we have liked the food. Service is slow for food when its busy as it seems to be made to order which is great. Its self service where you do have to go to the counter with a pad paper and order. There is a 10% discount for cash payment or a 1% surcharge for card- go figure. Food is great and we mostly get the crumbed pork pieces either ramen or dry. Plus a few other things we have tried. The only reason for the low rating is the scarce service and the having to pay 20 cents for a takeaway container. I mean if we pay 60 each time we eat here surely they can afford 20c for a container. Also off putting to sit in the table close to the back where you can view the trolley of dirty dishes and the staff put stuff down in full view and then straight go to freshly made meals without so much a hand sanitizer.
Great food, great location. Staff are kind and efficient, food doesn't take too long to arrive. Prices are relatively reasonable but considerably high for select dishes.
We ordered their signature ramen, tsukemen (dipping ramen) and pork Katsu. Both ramen are disappointing as both are lacking depth and umami flavour in the broth. Noodles were also overcooked. Pork Katsu was the only thing pretty good, it was juicy and have crispy coatings. Food - 3 Service - 5 Vibe - 5 Price -
