The worst facilities management I have ever come across, building management at 915 Collins St is incompetent. Collect a pay cheque but don't take any accountability or responsibility for any issues raised. Have had Police called to the building as AirBNB gets out of control but apparently managements hands are tired due to laws in VIC though they request we contact the police, rather than them contacting the police in the first instance when residents complain. Might as well be paying residents a schedule of rate as subcontractors if we need to do tasks your company states they perform. Today I witnessed the 3 garbage bins left outside when wind warnings were issued throughout the week, watched as they pin balled down the road smashing into 3 individual cars before flipping over sending rubbish hurtling into the air and polluting the water ways. Reported to EPA. The list can go on. The only shinning light out of 1 Collins Wharf is the assistant facilities manager who shows leadership and seems to care but is let down by the systems, people and process. If you value authentic feedback, here it is, use it for improvement.

Great company, good service, manages over 30 buildings, including Freshwater Place, The Metropolis, Balencea, QV1, some over 10 years. I have worked with many Committee Members who have been pleased with the FMV staff, the improvement in service and communication they excel at. This is a reputable company with reasonable rates you can be proud of.
