I contacted Costco admin office at Docklands due to i lost a receipt. They asked me to send purchase detail to their Email for getting a copy of receipt. I already sent some Email 3times in 4days however i have not got any answer. i called 4times after that. they have never answered either. Customer service is very poor.

Some really great products and good prices here but the store is really ridiculously crowded and nobody seems to know how to use a trolley. It feels pretty chaotic inside at times. I even had to wait in a 45 minute line just to pay for my items. There are some great Christmas decorations this year!
We bought a box of strawberries two days ago. We tried to finish the whole box within two days, because most of them are so bad Taste sour!! Feel soft!! Strawberries are going to turn bad now!! Strawberries were about 10 dollars per box Not recommend ! Be careful ! We also bought cheery tomatoes which are satisfying
I would give a 5 star if I live in a big family. However, as a big fan of Costco's roast chicken and BBQ pizza. I can still give a 4 star as the canteen is awesome. PS: When you enjoy a roast chicken dinner at Costco, please don't use fork and knife. Ask the staff to give you a pair of gloves(or bring your own). Just enjoy your chicken with hands. ｡‿｡‿｡
We went to the tyre centre for puncture repair and the staffs there are amazing and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service and competitive price. Will definitely recommend to everyone.
Fair prices for trusted brands, however, Costco's trump card are their customer policies. When a product like a TV goes wrong outside warranty, they support their customers with solutions that are fair and comply with Australian Consumer Law. You can't ask for better than that.
A super fun experience, make sure you track your spending and what is a bargain vs what is actually normal price. Some really good steals here though and a fantastic opportunity for a big bulk food shop. Stocked up on months worth of fizzy drinks and non perishable foods here too!
I am a member and have been happy for some time, however two weeks in a row I have bought chicken and brought it home only to find it has gone off well before the due date. Today I opened the Steggles fillet which had an expiry of 5 april and it stinks. Terribly disappointed
