The place is not easy to find because no signage inside the building. It is in foodcourt (basement) floor, find High Tail bar, under Tower Four, and follow direction to bathroom. The locker is just before the toilet.

This parcel locker is very hard to find. It is situated near the toilet, behind the food court. Because it is within Collins Square, you can only access it within business hours (not in weekend unfortunately) so it isn't 24/7 as advertised. All those things isn't the worst drawback though. The problem with this locker here is that it is heavily used by the employees working in the building so you need to wait a longtime until it's your parcel's turn to be placed in an available locker, or sometimes, the wait is too long and it will be transferred to the Docklands post office.
