Whoever runs their instagram page is not very good at answering customer queries. I asked for the price for a specific model and instead I got pictures of the entire range back, which didn't even have the model I wanted in it. Then when I queried them about it they just said the model I wanted was in there and they can make changes to the machine (all I want is the price for the machine I want, which I still don't know if they have!). This just tells me that the person didn't know anything about the products and didn't want to put in the effort to find out themselves. Poor salesmanship.
