I had stayed here a few years ago and was keen to go back but will never stay there again! The description of the rooms has not changed since my last stay, but with the change in reception location the check in procedure is terrible. You have to check in and then pull back out onto the main road drive up a block pull a silly U-Turn in what could be peak hour and come back to the new tower of apartments. The view which is described as coming with your room is views of the water but instead was found to be a construction site. On top of this the sound proofing was not up to scratch. I have stayed at many inner city apartments where I have heard far less traffic noise. With the change in parking and for the price being paid a valet service should be available and the description of the room needs to be far more accurate. On check out none of the staff asked if I had a pleasant stay and just swiped my cards and said goodbye. Very disappointing.
