Being a busy single parent of three and extremely time poor my interaction with DJS Plumbing was a breeze!! From the initial phone call to make the booking for repair to the completion of the job all the staff were supportive, understanding, friendly and informative!! The tradesman who arrived at my house was like a breathe of fresh air and even helped my son move some things out of the garage with care until I got home!! He was lovely and courteous a true gentleman!! He even kept me informed of what was happening and going to happen and cleaned up after himself before leaving!! Such a seem less experience on the day before the Easter long weekend!! Thank you!!

Friendly, respectful tradesmen. Appt made Thursday morning for that afternoon. The tradesmen arrived right on expected time. The head tradie discussed with me my concerned then explained process they would follow to repair/rectify my issue. They moved furniture etc to perform inspections, repairs etc. Then at conclusion of service visit returned furniture etc back to original place then explained to me what they had carried out, the outcome and that they were finished. Asked if I had any questions or needed further information regarding the job. Bid me goodbye and left. Very professional, tidy quiet courteous and respectful of my home and goods. Highly recommend this business.
Plumber rang before arriving, turned up in the time range specified and was very thorough investigating a bathroom leak. He tested all of the options that could be contributing factors. Very happy with the service!
Attended RACV call out. Quick fix by turning off pump and was told replacement valve was needed. Had to chase quote. Accepted quote two weeks ago and had to pay upfront. Have called everyday. Am told that part is on back order and someone will call me back after talking to someone in warehouse. No return calls. Would not recommend.

Got my evaporative cooling unit serviced by DJS and it was a smooth experience from booking to completion. They sent a completion report with pictures of before and after. Hass is a nice bloke and a pleasure to deal with.
