I had an amazing morning with The Dive Jervis Bay crew. Doing a re-introductory dive was nerve wracking for me as it has been a while! However Sabrina made me feel so comfortable and explained everything so well she was totally amazing. The whole crew from Chloe to the skipper made the experience relaxed and so much fun, and I cant wait to book in some more dives :)

Despite the poor morning weather we had a great time! The crew (DM and Skipper) made it fun and informative, they obviously love what they do. Their dog Max was also very cute and fun. Lovely staff, and once you’re in the water the weather above doesn’t matter. Visibility was decent, and we saw some cool marine life - including a very curious and friendly blue groper who seemed to want to play with us. Adventurous and exciting times we’re had - we’ll be back again!!
As usual I had a wonderful experience with the team at Dive Jervis Bay. Always professional, safe and fun. Thanks for great dives and look forward to coming back.
Mixed feels, I had a little let down by customer service in dealing with my situation, I had booked and pay for my adv course some 6 weeks before the weekend it was held on. But due to a technical error I didn't receive my online training untill 7 days before hand. Despite making serval phone calls and emails. After visiting the shop in person to resolve the issues, they were very helpful and understanding. Morgan was very happy to help. A personal visit definitely help bring back my confidence in the shop. The course itself was excellent, and Bruce our instructor seamed very passionate and dedicated to teach. I look forward to further diving and training with you guys in the future.
I have no complaints about the booking experience or the staff, to be clear, but make sure your expectations are set appropriately, especially about the fact you're gambling with nature. Our booking was a 15th birthday present (she loves sea life) to go "swimming with whales". Despite being a sunny warm day the sea was rough, we saw no whales, and went to a tiny colony of seals against a rock face in a big swell where we didn't feel safe to snorkel. The "friendlier and larger" colony of seals was apparently at a location we couldn't go to that day due to ocean conditions". In summary, although its not the staffs fault, you may get really lucky or you might waste your money like we did, and there's no discount on a second try. If you're willing to take the gamble it could work out great, but think twice about giving this as a gift if you risk disappointing someone.
Great experience. Chloe, skipper and crew. We hired our gear and was impressed with the quality and condition. Gear was well prepped and from the outset everything was awesome. Will definitely be back to dive a most amazing part of the world.
Had an excellent morning going out for 2 boat dives with Chloe and crew. Very professional, safe, organised, and most importantly - fun! Even though the weather was rainy and cold, we ended up with great visibility and were lucky enough to see some great wildlife. As an advanced diver I’ve been lucky enough to dive in cool places all over the world and I would definitely dive with Dive Jervis Bay again! Thanks team and have a lovely new year!
Great experience! Nice to know seals come out in winter. We will definitely be back! We really enjoyed our spring snorkel! Great unique spots to explore. Very friendly and experienced staff! Thanks for a great trip!
