My 175cm size 10-12 mum went into this store to find a glamorous, hollywood themed outfit for her 50th birthday. Within minutes she was told by the young, petite saleswoman that nothing would fit her as she was "plus sized". Overall, she felt judged and like her time wasn't valued. She called me from the car in tears as she has worked INCREDIBLY hard oh her health and fitness to look as amazing as she does for her birthday. DO NOT go to this shop if you value human decency.

Love this place!! Very easy to buy online or get help for a hire costume in-store . Decent prices!! Thank you!! Easy location and very central. We got outfits for the recent Abbey Fayre and had a great time there!!! Everyone loved my nephew's King Aurthur costume. He was definitely the king of the day! It was so well fitted, very comfy and breathable for him, and lots of reinactors loved hanging out with King Arthur!!! He had a great time and lots of memories were forged!!! In all my experiences of purchasing and hiring from this store, the staff have always been friendly, very helpful, accommodating and great with suggestions, ideas and their overall service. Cannot fault this place.

Amazing staff!! I was able to get a perfect outfit for Halloween a few hours before hand. Great prices, afterpay available and an awesome hire service. Will 100% be back every year for my costumes. Would definitely recommend!

Company needs to handle day before and day of Halloween better. Line was epic out the front and people like myself who click and collected still had to line up with those who had yet to select a garment. Would make sense to have dedicated staff out the front to handle C&C. Additionally whilst the store is closed Sundays throughout the year, they could make an exception to open up on the Sunday of Halloween Weekend to allow customers to return garments as it's an impasse for those who work full time to return the costume on a Monday.
