Not just one DSC Office in West Perth but many offices from Country Sites to Metro LAC to group homes! Each DSC more unique than the last but it sure makes communication over the phone hard when you are out in the DSC country site and you have to assist someone remotely?

Have very good staff working as Local Area Coordinators however DSC are let down hugely by their incompetent Director , Central office bureaucracy and their sneaky, bloody minded decision making where there is no public accountability.
