Large package came quick from Sydney to Sunshine coast & the box arrived in perfect condition. The driver for Peregian springs area even carried it to my door even though I came out to the truck. Give that man a raise

I left instructions for the parcel to be left at the office if no one home. This was ignored and i got a card to say I’d missed them. So i followed the instructions on card and went online to arrange delivery the next day. It never arrived and when i rang they said as I didn’t ring and arrange delivery they didn’t send it. Still waiting.
Had two parcels picked up from Sydney at the same time they only scanned one item. Part the order has been delivered and after Waiting on hold for over 15 minutes have been told they don’t have record of the second parcel even though my supplier has confirmed it was picked up from their depo. No call back after five hours of waiting and am on hold again now currently 10 minutes in this time. Only good thing I can say about this company is the delivery driver that drops off to me is great and always friendly.
Had ordered 2 parcels from Melbourne to Maryborough QLD 1 parcel arrived 1 day early the other arrived 1 hour before the e mail said it would awesome thanks
Direct Freight “Express”. If you want something shipped quick, use another company. They don’t even follow their own slogan “when it’s urgent”.
We just had a driver try to run us off the road coming up the inside road lane to cut in front of us. Have a photo of the truck rego for proof.
Avoid like the plague, they dont use their own trucks, they use an "agent" who also dont have any tracking data, once its out of the hands of direct freight, its as good as missing, disappointing as you were a good company to deal with.
Tried to locate a package which was sent to Gympie instead of Sunshine Coast. Called customer service who wouldn’t call Gympie to see if still there - parcel has been sitting in Gympie since 5.48am Thursday morning
