I have been going to the Chemist Outlet for Seven plus years, and I cannot fault the service, once! The ladies are always friendly, professional and outright lovely. Matty, Chief and the other Pharmacists are a hoot and amazing as well. Tonight I rang to be put through to the dispensary, Tara answered. I rang at 6:20PM, Tara was so professional and lovely. She actually cheered me up with her sweet disposition. It is so rare to find this quality of continuing, "outstanding', customer service, after so long. So, from the bottom of my heart. I thank each and every one of you, you are a credit to yourselfs and Matt is very lucky to have you all.

Very helpful staff... Went for a weekend holidays with the family but forgot my diabetic medicines. They were very helpful and patient with me while my doctor faxed my prescription.

I usually don't write reviews, but I have to say this is one of the best customer service I have received from a pharmacy.. staff were absolutely lovely and made me feel really comfortable asking questions around medications, and extremely knowledgeable around side effects and brand recommendations. The prices were also much cheaper than the stores I usually go to! Will be using this pharmacy from now on Highly recommend!
