Good food though smaller menu than its dine-in restaurants. When understaffed or at peak hours, EASI bookings can go unnoticed and become cancelled. Otherwise, outstanding food quality and reasonably quick food delivery during peak hours.

I would like to give 3,5 ️ So if you’re experience is new to that branch than it would be 4️ But if you already knew the taste of that branch from Taiwan (definitely 5️), then this taste like 3️. Portions are a bit bigger then in Taiwan, but options are more limited and the taste is not really the same. It’s also a bit more pricy. I can taste the idea behind the flavor, but they didn’t get to the point. It’s good but just when you didn’t have the food in Taiwan.

I love their dumplings! their Xai Long Baos are the best pork dumplings ever! Only thing that upsets me is their new opening hours due to COVID.

Ordered the garlic Beef noodles no 42. Food was tasty but I was disappointed I was served in a cardboard bowl when all of the other restaurants in the food zone were serving their food in proper plates. Was disappointed with the presentation and waste.

The xiao long bao (pork dumplings) are advertised with a large photo of 8 dumplings in a bamboo steamer. I pointed to it and ordered. What arrived were 4 mini-dumplings in a cardboard box. Not enough to feed a child. Scams like this need to be exposed.

Comforting to have a decent dumpling place in the mall! The prices feel much higher than countries like Singapore or Taiwan though, and they use frozen dumplings. It still takes them about 10-15 minutes for each order even without queue.

It was great experience, the foods here are better than expected except the noodles. The dimsums are one of the best so far for me, and the deserts, the golden mochi and bun are so heavenly. Their variations of foods and beverages here are really good. They got 4 stars because of 2 points, the foods others than the dimsums and desert is not that great, they're tasty though. And second point is the price seems not friendly with my pocket, maybe if the dimsums more affordable or got more portions or size I will change my mind.

Nice handmade dumplings - not that cheap - but you can watch them being made
