Jann was Verry helpfull with taking passport photo for a young child. It is not a retail shopfront but rather run from a residential premise. Would return, reccomended. Edited: The photo was rejected by DFAT so we returned and had the photo retaken, was helpfull and friendly again but still charged 25. Not happy when the initial photo was not fit for purpose. 45 for one photo, not happy. Would help if they had a dedicated photo studio/space/room where the lighting is perfect to take the photos instead of a dark hallway.
