Terrible customer srvice. No one really cares to fix customer enquiries . Focused only on signing up the business and after that they won't respond properly to any of the complaints. Better to stay away rather than choosing them and wasting your time.

Have moved to that hosting in January 2020. Everything was working fine and support service was good until April 2020. My website regularly was down for 20-40 mins every week. For my support requests to fix that issue on the permanent base I was getting the offer to move to the higher level of hosting with the higher monthly hosting fee. This week it is already third time my website is unreachable , spending 30-40 mins to get someone from support team on the phone to ask fix it again. Start looking alternative hosting provider . Definitely would not recommend.

Serious Comedy

The technical support from Digital Pacific is just great. Every time I've called the person I've spoken to is friendly and helpful, whether it's a complicated or dumb question. It's really nice that all the tech support people are based in Australia too.
