I had the pleasure of speaking to Bowen to help setup a home theatre setup in my apartment. Despite a couple hurdles and challenges along the way with the installation, Bowen had all the answers and the know-how to suggest suitable alternatives. I searched far and wide for an affordable projector, reading reviews and getting confused with American/International model naming conventions, which all got pretty confusing pretty quick. The projectors that these guys offer have been sifted such that they offer only a few models, but only because they know they're excellent projectors, reliable projectors, and projectors that offer bang for buck. I can't recommend this team enough, in particular Bowen. He's very passionate about his work and really let me trial the whole setup in their showroom!

Very pleased with service, attention to detail and the product I purchased. Stunning appearance. An outstanding piece of precision equipment by Denon: DRA-800H - 2ch Hi-Fi Network Receiver. HDMI inputs phono, analogue input, DAB, bluetooth, wifi, A and B speakers, second zone separate source just to name a few features. The sound match with Jamo floor standing speakers is great. Hook the DAB antenna output to your TV antenna and I am hearing sounds I never heard before. HOW MANY RECEIVERS, AMPS, AVR'S with HDMI include A/B speakers these days with a push of a button?

I placed an order for a set of speakers and stands from their online store at the beginning of December. Initially, I was told that they were waiting for their suppler to get them in stock. Then, I was told that the supplier would ship them to me directly. That they had arrived at the suppliers, and were in the process of being shipped. After all that, they tell me the supplier never had the speakers in the colour I ordered them, and nothing was shipped. In the 2 and a half months that this process took, the only official contact I received from them, was the invoice, and order confirmation email that was sent to me the day I placed the order. I had to call them multiple times trying to get any information about my order. They have agreed to cancel, and refund my order in full. But this is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had as a customer.
