I just recently ordered some items online, but in the process needed to talk to a staff member via phone regarding some accessories I was thinking of adding to the purchase. I spoke to Kylie who went to the trouble of emailing me more product details complete with a video link giving me a clearer idea in order to make my decision. This was followed up by Dean, another staff member who spoke to me at length in a very helpful manner. Well, this camera store has great staff. They are fun to deal with, love to help out and are knowledgeable abount the tek gear too! The prices are good too! I got my new Pro-1000 Canon Photo printer and supplies there and they price matched the competition, no problems. They (staff) are not like statues, check this mob out, you'll agree they are the best!

I was berated to sign into the QR Covid safe system which last time I checked is not the law it’s just a guideline. I then was made to feel different in store and told to social distance which made it very off putting to do business with these pompous people ever again. I then asked for the scientific evidence of why they thought socially distancing and tracking everybody was going to fight a so called deadly virus you don’t even know you had until you got a PCR test! the manager had no answer! He believes the hype because the government has brainwashed the lot of you to think they are doing this for your safety. 1 star for the Stalin supporters!

Last week I visited the Canterbury store for the first time and I was amazed by the great customer service. One of the best camera stores in Sydney with a massive range of cameras and equipment. The staff are very very friendly and super knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me patiently to get the right products for what I needed. I will definitely be going back to DCW Canterbury to purchase more products.
