I called both Nick Brearley and Storm Brearley to ask some questions regarding the development 'Macy' in Coombs. Storm never returned my phone call. Nick returned my call shortly after to which he told me he could send me an email with the information I was after. I sent him a message with my email and received no response. I messaged the next day to follow up and again no response or email. It is easy to say that I won't even bother looking further into this development as this has shown what a pain the purchasing process will be. I am sure the developer will be happy to find out why they just lost a potential sale.

Had a great experience with Storm Brearley at Metropolis. He looked after everything and did an outstanding job with the purchase of my unit. I would recommend him to anybody and I will be going back to him when I choose to sell my property.

Would have to be the best Real estate in Canberra. Maureen Wales has proven that tenants and agents can also be friendly to each other. The Sales team are also second to none. Very highly recommended as the place to go first.
Would rate lower than 1 star if I could. This has been one of the most taxing business experiences of my life. The agent dealing with our rental property was a highly unprofessional and inept individual when it came to dealing with our tenancy issues. No form of formal communication via email, except subjected to a few random, untimely phone calls that never amounted to much. Took almost the entire duration of our tenancy to provide us with a remote for the parking garage. But what was (and still is) the WORST experience with this agency was the way our end of lease and return of bond was handled. No prior formal instructions were provided in the coming weeks leading up to our end of lease date. Flimsy instructions on what had to be taken care of in terms of house maintenance were administered over the phone only after we initiated a call. No final inspection ever took place despite all maintenance issues being dealt with. Miscommunication between us and the new tenants, let them sign a lease without acquiring bond money. My bond money is still tied up in a house that my lease ended for 5 months ago, still no refund. Agent hasn't (or can't be bothered) to acquire bond money from the new tenants and is instead withholding ours. Still refuses to formally email and hasn't attempted to contact me or my formal roommate. Repeated phone calls and inquiries made about it. Still no action. Had to go to the ACT bond board. DO NOT RENT OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS AGENCY

Very bad experience dealing with Maureen. Unprofessional, unresponsive and not worth hiring them for renting. Also dont buy a house through them! Better off taking your money elsewhere.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Shocking to deal with, poor communication skills. I work in the Real Estate industry and after a phone call to a male at this company to complain about neighbours that are constantly making noise, and to find out what was being done about the situation I was told to "Bugger off" before getting hung up on... It appears that nothing has been done about my complaints, and getting called out on this really didn't go down well with the man I spoke to. Unprofessional and ineffective.
