The best restaurant in Dickson. We have been going there for years. The best service and food. Owner & staff are friendly and nothing is to much trouble.

This place use to be regarded highly for quality chinese food and seafood but has since fallen off in its service along with food taste - the lobster is abit bland and most of the dishes feel like there is no heart put into it anymore. Much better options in dickson.
Not a good night! Steamed rice arrived 15 minutes early and turned cold. They happily replaced. The steamed chicken was under cooked - raw in the centre. The ginger sauce was bland and the vegetable and curd dish with hardly any vegetables (only a few pieces of bok-choy). the previous visit some 3-months ago was also disappointing with a dry Shantung chicken. The salt and pepper Ling seafood was okay. The last two experiences suggests to me that Jimmy's Place is not the great restaurant it once was.
Food was good but service was poor. Took very long to get their attention to take orders despite being at around 40% capacity. Food came out quick. Cashier lady was quite rude with her tone and fumbled through our request with payment method. If service were better, it'd have made the visit much more enjoyable.
Nice and spacious restaurant with some great dishes such as their crispy chicken. Vegetable dishes were fresh and al dente. Szechuan fish felt westernised and lacked the required pungency and spiciness while the fried desserts were a bit stale...
My friend Anj recommended Jimmy's, so last Friday, I decided to take my family there. They have a great selection of takeaway family meals, though, so we decided to just takeaway. Pack A (43.89, good for four) came with Mongolian Beef (truly delicious!), boneless Chicken with Lemon Sauce (moist and flavourful), fried rice (my kids took it all), and three spring rolls that were great but probably would have been even better if we had them freshly fried (we took 15 minutes to get home). We also ordered a hot and sour soup that my wife enjoyed. The counter lady was very friendly and we didn't wait long for our food. Overall, a great experience, we would definitely return and dine in so that we can really enjoy all that food fresh from their kitchen.
Great value, good variety and food quality, staff very friendly. One of our favourite Chinese and Vietnamese food restaurants (selection of both).
Love the food here, you won't find sweet and sour here, authentic unusual Chinese dishes made fresh and delicious, decor is nothing special but the efficient service is, and the owner always has a smile on her face
