This was great. Sure, i had to wait a while but the cheerful staff went over and beyond for me. Late on Friday afternoon and they were smiling and still going the extra mile. VERY impressed.

Staff are generally pretty good, occasionally it gets quite busy so there can be a longer wait. On a good day, waiting just a few minutes. On a busy day perhaps up to 30min. I certainly don't ever enjoy going to the motor registry.. but can't complain, does the job.

I avoid this hell-hole like the plague - whenever I can that is. But it's a wonderful chance to build patience skills. I'd use the Woden office if at all possible.

What a joke. Be prepared to be brainwashed with ridiculously repetitive info on accessing their website as if you are a dumbass. Completely invasive and patronising. Looooong wait........
