Came in as a first time customer a week ago and the service was fantastic, these guys truely know what they are doing, so helpful and knowledgeable... The blades I needed sharpening was on going and stressful, until Lloyd and Eric took over all my sharpening requirements and supplying all my new blades I need to run my business... I would completely recommend them to anyone, no job is too small or big for these guys... Thank you so much guys you have made my days so much easier... 5 STARS Big thumbs up from me
Had such an awesome experience the earlier posts surprise me. Got some circular saws sharpened. Was asked thorough questions on the main use of the blades, and what we were cutting. Blades were then serviced on time and for good price! took them home and husband was beyond happy. We were also recommended a different type of blade which we ordered and it arrived when we collected our sharpening. The fact that they are so busy speaks volumes. Really impressed as there aren't many around and this one was super central.
Slow service half the time there not contactable. Stay away unless you want to be disappointed! Don’t even check there products before they send out very disrespectful. Get off the crack guys unprofessional.

Not to sure how a quick “touch-up” costs 55 on a old drill bit that is in good condition I purchased for 50. Organized a time to pick it up 3 hour prior only to get there and the place is locked up. The manager also uncontactable. Wrote an email explaining whet had happened and no response. Hope it is sharp mate. Don’t want to come back for another “touch-up” ;) Cheers anyway for the good old fashioned service.
Should have read the reviews. Completely disorganised. A small job for a couple of days took nearly 4 weeks, 3 phone conversations and half a dozen unanswered calls.
I ordered bandsaw blades on Monday and was told they would be ready Wednesday and that they would call. when they didnt call I called late in the day to enquire as to their progress but even though it was only 3pm there was no answer. So I ring on Thursday to be told that they never received my order and the receptionist was at fault, but they would be ready by 11. My job was very urgent and could not proceed so I said that wasnt good enough. was then told that they magically found my order. Ok so I pick it up. Ordered 6 tpi blades and was given 4tpi. I told them that wasnt what I ordered at which time the owner told me they were the same. What? I dont think so. Lied to twice and terrible service. Will NEVER GO BACK.
