Do not use this business. I was sat down by this shark who made me think I was talking to the person who was making my wedding ring. He did a design on paper that was and idea he had, although we discussed that it was just an idea, and he was going to have a play with the design to see what would work and get back to me. He did not. He was supposed to send me through pics, and did not. Communication was terrible. He went ahead and made a ring that was awful. It did not look like it matched my engagement ring. He did not make it at the height I asked for. I told him before I left I did not like the idea of the ring not fitting in snugly with my engagement ring. He knew that is what I wanted, although in the pic he drew he did does not show this. I thought our verbal discussions were enough... they were clearly not. This bloke just went ahead and made a ring with no further consult as he had promised he would. It was a real botch job. The diamonds did not match up in an even row. He did two rows and the second row of diamonds just stopped 3/4 of the way across the ring!!!! One of the diamonds are such a pale black colour it looks like it is missing. The ring was about 1.5mm lower than the top of my ring. I was very specific that it was to be at the same height. *to be continued* Hopefully I can put further comments on this post to continue the story of how ripped off I was by this guy. Just see the pic attached of the botched up ring it does not look like it is part of a set an is not at the same height as the engagement ring.... This is only just a small bit of the story, and it gets terribly worse. I just can not fit it all in. I ended up with no wedding ring on my wedding day because of this shonky dealer.
