Ian, the guy at the shop, is awesome and he’s willing to explain everything you may wanna know before your money goes. Delivery is extremely fast and convenient (I got it one day after at the time I want to get it delivered). Please go check this shop when you think of getting new beds. :)

I bought an Ottawa queen size Mattress from Dial-A-Bed in Oct 2020. It's super firm with a cosy soft layer on the top. I always enjoy sleeping on this type of mattress which is much better than the other firm product I bought 15 years ago. Ottawa mattress is suitable for any person who is hard to sleep or has a backache. It will help you sleep through the night as it has soft top layer and the firm base support your back. Dial-A-Bed sells Ottawa mattress at a reasonable and affordable price that I highly recommend to anyone at all ages.
We visited twice, both great experiences with Peter and Ian at Dial a Bed Rhodes who advised us based on our requirements and let us spend time to make the choice. We ended up buying a firm mattress which was delivered the following day as promised and it's been good this far. Highly recommended
