I just wanted to post a review for the excellent service that both David and Karem provided throughout the whole shopping experience that I had with DG & co. David, thank you for being so patient and answering all the many, many questions that I had. I must say that I learned so much more about precious stones just from having the conversations with you. Karem, thank you for all your advice, for helping out with the invoicing and processing of the payment and most of all, thank you for personally delivering the beautiful ring to my house and ensuring that it got to me well before the weekend (which is when I needed it). From my early discussions with Karem, I could sense he was committed to ensuring I receive exactly what I was looking for in an engagement ring setting and delivering in such a short turnaround time (I requested that I receive the ring within 2 weeks, just in time for my engagement dinner). Not only did I receive exactly what I was looking for, he delivered ahead of schedule :) Karem is evidently passionate. Along with his excellent, warm and high-quality service, the product was also high quality. An independent valuation was completed once the ring had been set and the value was well over my expectations.
