Very very rude and below standard service. If you are late 5 minutes for your appointment then you are turning people back. Not to mention that there was no one sitting in the waiting area at the time. It takes more than a month to get the next available slot in your calendar. Please dont misuse public funds while servicing the public with the disgraceful service you provide. It takes 5 minutes for anyone to find your way in a totally new setup and building and your entry guard takes good 5 minutes to complete the COVID questionnaire. SO inconsiderate and rude staff despite being spoken to with modesty and politeness. They dont deserve to be there or require soft skills training on how to deal with people.

Terrible customer service over the phone. Worst i have ever encountered. the up side is there is no wait time, the rudest person pick up the phone straight away, and makes you want to hang up in 10 seconds..
rude and unhelpful, no greeting at all, reply with two sentence in cold tone 'everything is online.' 'I can't help you with that.' compare with DFAT, ATO staff feel like angles
I spent today 3 hours in 2 lots, about 1.5 each on the phone, in a hope to make an appointment to get an apostille. Any suggestion how can I get the appointment? shall I go and make the appointment in there or they maybe would not even talk to me? In my view their customer service has a lot of room for improvement. This is in relation of a new born baby, just an apostle on her birth certificate. I trust it should not take long, maybe a few minutes, however, it is hardly available if the only way to get there is to make that endless phone call with no response.
My review concerns a phone call in relation whether an Apostille Certificate had been finalised. I had read reviews and thought OH NO. I did wait on the line for about 30 minutes, but that is no longer than most big agencies. Eventually a gentleman named Tim answered my call. I could not have been happier. Initially he could not locate the documents in the system under the name of the person who the documents referred but found them under my name as the lodger. He was polite and very informative, even checking whether the Melbourne Office would be open on the day I needed to attend for collection due to it being a Bank Holiday. Well done Tim.
Extremely poor service I've been over the phone for 1:35 minutes waiting for my call to be answered to get some relevent information about my passport but soon as the call was answered they hanged up the phone and i had to call again and wait for another 2 hours be able to get the information , the customer service seriously needs a big improve
I was surprised about how rude is the operator on the phone call, first call they try to transfer me to hang me up straight away. Second call the reception says she cannot understand me because I sound muffle. Third call, I have not finish off my sentence, and she just say transferring you now. I pay taxes for this kind of services, I would like to go to another country to pay for their taxes so that I can get better services from a government department.
