Went in to DFAT South Australia State Office to get apostilles attached to my original university testamur and other related documents. Prior to going to the office, I corresponded via email and telephone. It went well. Went in only to find that one of the documents needed a signature that is registered with DFAT. Tiegan was the officer who handled the paperwork and was able to send an email to my university's Student Records Department to confirm what DFAT needed. The following week later, another hard copy was issued by the university and I submitted the documents. Tiegan remembered me and took care of everything. She applied the apostilles and only took 10 minutes. Thanks Tiegan for making the experience a good one. She was clear, professional and personable.
