I was happy with my eye check covered by Medicare here by Frank including that I was able to get in on the same day. However, the glasses and lenses are so expensive, the staff try to up sell you eg on digital frames and the blue light tinting (not necessary). I was quoted 330 just for the lens and when I expressed that it was too expensive for me they didn’t change track and tell me other options so I took my custom elsewhere
great service and with a smile.
I was advised that I would be contacted by a staff member, re recommendations to address my glasses problem and to date not happened. Prior to this we have had working contact.
