Maybe we got an off night? Chips over cooked well salted though! Chicken dry and not good at all. The worst was the zinger burger. It tasted old and lifeless. The lettuce was so soggy. The bun tasted old and like it had been slapped together, then hammered with a mallet. The chicken was not good in the burgers either. Our two zinger boxes just were really bad to be honest. Would not go back sorry! Probably the worst KFC I've ever had. But hope it improves here!

For Example, They are charging 50 cents for sauce and on more than one occasion no sauce has been found in our orders. I phoned up and the manager offered a refund....I'm sure it would cost more to drive there and pick the refund up. It seems to be you have more chance of getting salmonella in the order than the order you ask and pay for. If they are going to make this a habit they should bring the missing items you have paid for in your order to you at their cost! Instead of robbing the customer.
The service is pathic. Have been going to this store for years. Always excellent service till the last 3 months. Waiting in line one afternoon, watched 4 people walk out. No one was serving, no potato and gravy was ready. Staff just wandering around. This happens quite frequently. Yesterday I placed my order for 4.95 meal, four people came in and got their orders before I did. So I suggest going somewhere else. This store used to be awesome, in and out in 10 minutes and no missing items.
Good place to get some food after two hours drive from Launceston. Its close to the Mersey Bluff lighthouse about 5min drive to the lighthouse.
It was dirty and does not look clean at all. Comparing to other KFCs I'm totally disappointed. Food was good. On the outside seating the tables and wind shields looked dirty too. Inside floor and bathroom all needs polishing
KFC is a nice treat for the kids but personally I don't like their food
I ordered online and had a long wait here (30 minutes), which is unusual. The three stars is for the wait, food was fresh. I did fill out the online survey and they gave me a 20 voucher, which was generous. 3 stars fire the wait, which is where I was inconvenienced. Follow up service was great.
