Researched a used car online at JMC Devonport. Spoke with Clinton and asked for a full and honest opinion of the vehicle's condition and service history as we would be travelling some distance to Devonport for a road test. The car was exactly as he described, and was beautifully presented, mechanically checked and had a full fuel tank. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend this dealership. Recently bought my first car through JMC, exceptional service. I was expecting a 3 month wait but they were able to surprise me with it being available for pick up within 1 month with all the accessories applied in good condition and assisted with all my questions.
Recently brought our new Seltos from Andrew at the Devonport JMC. Andrew was amazing and very helpful at all times keeping us updated on when our car would arrive. Could not fault any of the team at JMC Devonport. Highly recommend if you are looking for great service
Best experience I have had ever buying a vehicle. Met car salesman (SN) as he asked to be called, I stated I wanted no mucking around, just tell me how much you will give me for my car, I was after a swap, first offer was close, then i stated a swap or no deal SN then went and got Clinton Carpenter who agreed on the swap, was as easy as that. But it gets better, when i went to pick new vehicle up, SN had arranged it in a magnificently detailed condition with red bow on the bonnet and wine, SN is a credit to JMC, a rare find I think, thanks for the experience mate.
All the crew at JMC where fantastic especially Andrew Howard our salesman. We would recommend family and friends to buy a car from JMC. Surprised on pick up day with a huge ribbon around the car and given Tasmanian wine and glasses as a thank you. Keep up the good work.
