We bought a rug, guided by the D R sales staff. Our original choice proved to be unsuitable and we were advised to try a cheaper one. It proved ideal when put in our living room.The showroom rep was excellent. So, good service, good range of product.
I bought a custom circular version of a Dinosaur Designs rug for my book nook. I changed my mind a few times about some of the colour choices too. Sonia at Designer Rugs could not have been more helpful and prompt with sending samples, colour tufts and advice about size and responding to my many emails. The rug looks fantastic and is such high quality. I can tell I'll have it a long time. While not a cheap option, you really do get what you pay for.
They have an amazing selection of rugs that you wouldn't see anywhere else. The service and advice was great. We will definitely be back when we are ready to make a purchase.

We ordered a Middle Eastern design, custom made, custom design. The company sent us a sample and we loved the thickness and softness. Yesterday we got the real deal and wow. Amazing!!! Perfect fpr our aesthetic. And 1/5 of the price of other similar designs in silk and wool. Very happy!!! 10,000 stars!!!!
