The delivery of candy was a couple of days later than the day I had requested it for and it was difficult to get in contact with the company after my order had been placed and paid for. I had numerous emails and phone calls that weren't responded to for a week. The company did arrange free delivery for me due to the delay and were apologetic for the inconvenience it had caused. I must say that the quality of the product definitely made up for it and I was 100% satisfied with the way our personalised candy looked and tasted.
I had the delivery from designer candy today and i must the designs and flavours of the candies were perfect and yummy. I would definitely recommended people to ordering from this place . Nit only on time delivery but the prices were reasonable as well. Thanks Kate for your services.
