The staff who came for the quote and the installation were all fantastic and very professional. The quote came through same day and they were able to book our installation quickly after this, even during what I'm sure was a busy time leading into summer. Due to a job that took extra time the day before they pushed my installation back a few hours, but kept me well informed of this and ensured this was fine before changing the time. When the team arrived to install they were friendly, professional and did a great job. The communication as a whole was fantastic and I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a heat pump installed. Plus, my cat is loving staying cool on the hot days we've had since!

We contacted multiple business for a quote on a big domestic air conditioning system. Most didn't show up when they said they would, some didn't provide a quote when they did look at the job. Parr's turned up on time, provided a range of solutions. When they won the business they delivered and installed the new system before they originally thought they would be able and everyone we spoke to was fantastic from the person who did the quote to the installers. Highly recommended.

Charged 125 just to tell me what I already knew, that my air conditioner was broken. Then they tried to force (said they would wipe the 125) if I went ahead with an extremely over priced install of a unit of THEIR choosing. Would highly advise to go elsewhere, it saved me 1500. recommended Southern Air Refrigeration
Our Parrs experience has been brilliant. We had just moved in to our next home and heating was an issue. We had a product in mind but Andre provided some great advice (without at all being pushy) around options and we ended up with a vastly better solution in the form of ducted heating throughout the home. His team was very professional and friendly and ensured that the installation went in very smoothly and carefully. Throughout the whole process Andre was very accessible and responsive. Thoroughly recommended.
