I totally understand that the poor people who work at DOT, have to put up with alot of abuse, I get that. You all do an amazing job....BUT..... There isn't any need to jump down my throat before I even get a word out like this morning from teller 6. I came seeking information & I got rude condensation, & left feeling belittled.

So how many people do you have to fail a day to hit your hit rate daily? Perhaps you need to get more coherent assessors!

Visited on Friday 30th October 2020, approx 11am. I was greeted on entry, and after explaining my situation, re changing over number plates, was referred on to a lady named Shannon. The service and professional advice and help I received was exemplary. I was extremely impressed with the outcome. Thank you very much to those involved.
Went in to do my motorcycle Ps test. Instructor was picking every small insy winsy tiny little bits of details as to how I failed. I believe the old fact just wants to meet her fail quota.. I know how to ride and the safety rules of WA. This old lady instructor LEFT HER INDICATOR ON for half of the test. Id say she needs to be replaced ASAP.
Just attempted my first PDA there today, failed because I felt extremely uncomfortable and tunnel vision set in. Assessor was late and we were made to wait like 20 minutes before the PDA. Some staff were nice but overall an absolutely horrible experience. Ruined my day

Yesterday my son had his driving test PDA & it was a terrible experience he was made to wait 20 minutes to start.then the assessor dorathy made him feel very unconftable through the assessment.his confidence was diminished he felt intimadated she was not pleasant to deal with.My son left feeling very down & upset. Bunbury department of transport have a bad reputation of failing people on the first attempt just to gain revanue. Discusting.
