Excellent. Went to pay daughter's rego. Totally forgot my card pin. Lady gave me some details on a note and I went and changed my pin. Came back to see the same lady who fixed it all up. She was really helpful. Sorry I didn't get her name, but she had black hair, pulled back, and wore glasses. Cubicle no 8. Thank you.

I had a very pleasant experience in registering a trailer at this office. Aside from a bit of a wait it was very simple and low stress. The staff I encountered were all very friendly and helpful, in particular I think her name was Jo. I was expecting a difficult process however it was made very easy. The service increased my confidence in the administration of the department.

To all learners please come to this Strathpine people staff are very very kind and polite even inside the service area so friendly you do get a good positive vibes and the best for learners here is you don't feel intimidated by the staff (assesors) they treated you fairly and with friendly response especially with Tamara such a nice person.

An answering machine that tells you to call back. I have called this site 6 times today and nothing. I have asked a question on the online site and no response.This is not customer service. Whomever is responsible for this lack of service needs to be reminded of what their job is supposed to do.
