This office is the best, they are very helpful and friendly. Got things sorted out quick from the security person to the counter ladies, especially 9 and 10 on the 8th of Feb 2021. You ladies are awesome, great customer service. And the best, very practical and fair driving test examiner. A great team of people!

I was told by the girl on counter 4 yesterday to go on the website to get the information I needed, couldn't be bother to ask her supervisor or manager for help, Pathetic! But 5 stars to the guy helping out in with everyone's inquiries in the line up.

Great customer service has all the covid19 measures in place and seems enforce them with seating. Overall experience here was good the employees where nice, helpful and happy they had quick times. Easy location with easy parking also available.

I sat there next to a guy of colour being served by the worker at sherwood. And she was rude to him and kept saying i can’t understand you. Did not greet him or say thank you. But myself standing 3 meters from him heard him clearly, when he went to speak she would speak over him. The lady was very rude and its saddening to see tmr not being able to accomodate to the society of Brisbane just because of skin colour. After the gentleman had left , she then proceeded to serve someone who was not of colour but she was all smiles. So sad
