Was there last week and the lady who served myself and my son was the rudest lady I’ve ever meet. Kerry was her name she was the most unhelpful, arrogant women I’ve come across in customer service. My son was transferring his ACT licence to QLD. Because he had a bike licence L Plates they need to confirm the date he got his L’s because the laws are difference in the ACT. But instead of explaining this nicely she was rude and when I spoke and asked questions of any possible options she told me my son should be speaking on his own he’s 21 why are you speaking for him. I was clam and told her that was rude and there was no need to be like that we are asking you to help and she said I already told you 4 times we have to wait for an email. She ended up storming off in a huff because I said to cancel the process because she also failed to tell us his new licence (when she printed it off) didn’t have his bike licence on it yet so he was unable to then attend his RE course (not her problem apparently) the next day because he needs proof of bike licence to attend the course. He ended up keeping his ACT licence and we are still waiting on an email to transfer it to QLD a week later. But somehow he went back the next day and could transfer his bike registration to QLD even though he had an ACT licence???

I quickly popped in this morning to transfer my interstate driving licence and it was all taken care of in less than 10 minutes. The staff was welcoming, friendly and explained everything I needed to know with regards to my new driving licence. 5 stars for an excellent service!

They were fantastic.. Keeping great covid hygiene practices.. Very grateful to see & I thank them for it.. I was in & out within 20 minutes or so & they did for me what I couldn't do on line.. Very friendly staff who helped me so much.. Thankyou

Just dealt with Hilary, I'm new to QLD and don't understand the vehicle change over which I acknowledge but she was un willing to explain the safety certificate and how I couldn't change the ownership of vehicle into my name. She was extremely rude andI left without knowing what to do.

Booked driving test for Saturday on their website. Everything here says it's closed. Several cars here waiting but zero instructions anywhere online or at centre for what to do or where to go.

One of the staff who processed my new registration was really unfriendly. I had really bad experience there. I am not so sure what happened to her on that day but when I saw her, I immediately thought she had a bad day. Her face was like angry face. I just watched the time with my phone, nothing else. When I asked few question about registration of new car, she talked bluntly. I asked her "You look like an upset" and she said "Yes, I am because you are so rude". I didn't do anything wrong there. I was just happy getting a new car. It was so ridicuous that she was saying that. After that I felt so bad. I had the bad day too.

Nothing is easy!! Never expect to achieve your goal first time, yet to come across someone who has the ability to help me or even treat me like a human. They are in their own world and there is a form for everything (but you need to figure out everything for yourself)
