I don’t usually complain or make reviews but today I was disgusted in how the staff treated a kid/teenager going for his test today. I had no issues with the lady on the front desk but she was so rude and nasty and made it known what they were talking about. Mind you there were quiet a few people waiting. You need new staff who are friendly, understanding and empathetic.... I can see why kids fail there test when there greeted with staff who are bullies and fail you on the slightest things. Every time I’ve been there your staff have been rude, sarcastic and talk to you like your at school. I will not be returning to Carseldine and I hope others do the same. Avoid this place at all costs.... especially if your child is going for there driving test/learners.

I sat my driving test today with Penny and failed. However, the failure was incredibly fair and Penny explained exactly where I went wrong and why I failed (a critical error while reversing), and also noted a few bad habits (e.g. clutch coasting) that I need to work on. Was I disappointed? Absolutely. However, it was clear from the outset that nerves got the better of me and my current skill and knowledge did not make up for it. I will be sitting my test again in just over a month when I've worked on my driving a bit.

Absolutely appalling! Do NOT get your P's test done here!!! The fact this driving centre only has 2 stars should be the biggest red flag. The literal road rules state that you are to give a cyclist 1.5m space, which I did, but the examiner said I should have just gone into the other lane and that I didn't assess this 'hazard' properly, despite the fact I giving the cyclists ample space and there being no cars in the other lane. Examiners are rude and will look for any reason to fail you. I was driving extremely cautiously and he had nothing to note yet so he got me to change lanes four consecutive times on the same road for absolutely no reason. Do not go for your test here you'll be bitterly disappointed.

This place is a JOKE when it comes to people doing their P plate test. The men are to old to be doing these testing. The amount of people who fail because they make people do silly things then deny it is appalling. Failing people for the instructors deliberate change of directions is absolutely disgusting. I understand why you only have a 2 star rating now. Its must be all about the money. DON'T DO YOUR TEST HERE.

Not the best place to get your P's go somewhere else. assessors here will make you feel uncomfortable so intimidating and will find mistakes on you even a little will not finish the 30 min. test as soon as they spot mistakes that's it return to to the assessment area and give you an F as in big effin fail. Assessors were so horrible sour face not friendly at all and always make you confused and late notice with very destructive instructions to make you fail with your test. They are so rude the 2 males assessors

Failed on the spot because there was a car on parked on the left, I went into the middle of the road to move around the car but didint move back in fast enough. Apparently it was a major?.

We had to change registration plates because we got personalised plates. We found the experience to be very good. The lady that served us was polite & efficient.
