Depending on what day & what time you go there, the serving times can be quick or long waiting periods. Differently could use an upgrading, bigger building, more customer counters, ohhh and a bigger carpark. Customer service is like any other, you get good ones, then you can get some not so great ones.

Got as far as the small full carpark, couldn't park outside close. Absolutely woeful for a government institution within a large populated area.
