We had a very positive experience with Democorp. We organised the demolition ourselves and we found the sales staff (Belinda & James) friendly, responsive and helpful in guiding us through the process. The on-site crew (Andrew & co) was very professional & friendly as well and they did everything we asked and more. The demolition went very smoothly, and they left the site in perfect condition - in the words of our builder "Gotta love Democorp, site looks immaculate". We also found the price very reasonable, particularly as there was quite a lot of asbestos on the site (old fibro house). During demolition, we noticed that the site was always well-organised, with the house carefully disassembled and the different materials grouped neatly together. This was in contrast to another demolition site on our street going on at the same time, where the house just seemed to be torn into pieces with stuff strewn everywhere. We have no hesitation in recommending Democorp to anyone, and we would happily engage them again. We would also recommend using Democorp's certifier - New Home Certification Group. They were equally professional and helpful, and having a good working relationship with Democorp meant the demolition approval process went very smoothly as well.

Democorp did a fantastic job removing my house big thank you to James and Belinda for their customer service . The men they have working for them are very friendly and efficient house was down within the week and certificates issues very quickly.I highly recommend Democorp very professional.

Democorp demolished a large house for us with pool. They were very professional and left the site in a perfect, clean condition with the large pool removed, refilled and compacted. They kept us informed and engaged the whole time - nothing was too much trouble. I recommend them highly.
