OMG how good are these guys?! Ordered online, the next day package arrived nicely protected and wrapped thoroughly so that no drop of rain could penetrate (it was a rainy day). Photo attached. Just sensational. Also good timber selection, I could not have picked it better. Highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service. Ordered online from Adelaide. Received a call to sort out the transport, and then received my 2 metre pack of Screen Up end supports in less than 48 hours. It's a shame they don't have a hardware store in South Australia. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Brilliant service but have bought a lot of timber especially fencing and the quality and pricing has been exceptional. I refuse to go to Bunnings for timber Hardware or paint (unless an emergency or outside of Demak operating hours). These guy are that good. I recommend them to everyone !

I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to discover Demak. Really happy with the range and especially the customer service. Case in point: I ordered the wrong width of merbau decking and Demak were more than happy to pick it all up when they dropped off my next order and provide me with a refund. The process was seamless and stress free. Special shout out to Daniel who I’ve found really easy to deal with and is always responsive to my emails.

Excellent service, ordered decking timber online Thursday afternoon, received delivery Friday late morning. Driver asked where to best unload and placed timber right next to garage entrance. Good quality of product, very pleased.
