I had 15-year old water gas heater leaking. Asked for its assessment and options. Tony responded very fast with the details and answered my questions. Water heater had to be replaced and it was replaced within a few days since the first contact while the other local suppliers either haven't even responded yet or were in talks or giving longer lead time. Installed exactly in time, no hassles, good quality.
