Everything would have been fine, and I would have rate 4 stars, but after my boyfriend got rejected (reasonably, with future possibility of recruitment), we discovered falsified/mistaken information on his medical assessment. This is a massive and completely unprofessional error -- we have tried calling and (from what we've been told so far) apparently there can be nothing done by recruitment to try and fix this. Extremely disappointing and not good enough. Would like some answers on how we're supposed to go about fixing this, because those we've contacted so far have been useless.
