I went to the Deer Park Holden centre to fix my air bag that had been disengaged when I had the car detailed. I was impressed by the immaculate conditions of thier service centre. They even offered me a coffee and something 2 eat because it so early. Later when I returned they had fixed my air bag & checked my faulty cigerette lighter within the consultation fee. The detailed explanation was provided by Darryl. It was apparent that he was a consummate professional, polite and very courteous. I was impressed and will return soon to complete a full service. Bravo

Most seamless process of buying a vehicle I’ve ever had! Amazing staff that aren’t pushy and are very kind and accomodating plus so so genuine and honest. Would highly recommend to anyone that wants to deal with decent sellers for quality cars to check this place out. Who’d have thought buying a car in the middle of the pandemic could be so easy, but these guys really make it work! Thanks for my new broom broom! I was not impressed with their quality nor their customer service. A couple of things didn't go as planned. Booked online for a service, 1 week later upon drop off I understood the car is ready by 2 pm. At 2.30 I came back but the mechanic it is ready at 4. Okay, might have been a misunderstanding on my part. If in doubt... When I picked up the car at 4, a rear reflector was pushed in, this was done previously but I assumed they are checking the car thoroughly with the check list. Unfortunately it was not fixed. When I bought it to the attention to Darryl, he tried to get a mechanic to fix it, but it was Friday afternoon and they wanted to go home. I was asked to come back next week. Not one word of apology! It left me with a very disappointed feeling. I won't return to their service, even the fact that my car still has capped price servicing. I only gave 2 stars as 1 is too harsh. It is more a 1.5 star
